Coach Lynch is a 2009 graduate of Mount Carmel High School. Jordan played college football for Northern Illinois University and led the Huskies to the Midwest Athletic Conference Championship and four consecutive bowl appearances, including the 2013 Orange Bowl. Lynch was a Heisman Trophy Finalist and Canadian Football League Grey Cup Champion. Coach Lynch served as an Assistant Coach for Northern Illinois prior to his tenure at Mount Carmel.

Coach Mike Minogue is a 1983 graduate of Mount Carmel and a member of the 1980 State Championship and 1981 Prep Bowl Championship Teams. He went on to play football as a four-year starter for the University of Louisville. He has been coaching football at the high school for nearly 30 years and has spent over two decades coaching at Mount Carmel. Mike is on staff as a teacher here at Mount Carmel and has been a valued member of our faculty for over 20 years.
