Mount Carmel High School is seeking a Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach to lead and develop its successful program. Experienced applicants with serious intent are invited to read the qualifications below and apply via email to Athletic Director, Phil Segroves (H).
Summary: Candidates must express a commitment to market and develop a successful lacrosse program. The head coach is responsible for guiding athletes into the program, fostering their growth as players and helping them reach success on the playing field.
- High school level or high-level club coaching experience
- ASEP certified (meeting all IHSA certification standards)
- The drive to build an elite program through marketing and team development
- Ability to uphold the mission of Mount Carmel High School and the values of the MCHS Athletic Department
